Membership Info
- Moosic Lakes is a private, residential community; membership is mandatory for all property owners to support the stewardship of our lakes.
- Residential membership provides full access to our pristine spring-fed lakes, community beaches, and recreation areas.
- All property owners contribute community dues to maintain our roads, common areas, preserve our unique ecosystem, and ensure a safe and serene environment for future generations.
- Membership dues are $900 per year and subject to assessments. Invoices are sent out in April and payments are due by June 30th. There is a late fee of$25 per month there after.

Resale Certificates
Please note that all new property owners are required to obtain a resale certificate. This document is essential for maintaining our records and community standards. You can obtain a resale from your real estate agent or by contacting the MLC Treasurer via email at treasurer@moosiclakes.org. The cost of a resale certificate is $850. If obtained through a real estate agent, please email it to treasurer@moosiclakes.org or send it to the board through the mail.
The resale certificate cost is $850.
Yearly dues are $900.
